Fill in the form and attach a few photos of the damage. The more angles the better — close-up of the rot, wide shot of the window or door, and anything that shows how water is getting in if you can spot it.

Good photos make better quotes. Aim for: one close-up of the worst rot, one wider shot showing the full window or door, and one showing the surrounding wall and drainage if visible. JPG is fine.
